Becoming a Leader

Anyone can lead a BRIDGES Small Group Study. We provide the tools and resources you’ll need to make BRIDGES a success in your church or community group.

Leader Qualities

• A mature Christian. You’re growing in your faith and can encourage students to a closer walk with Christ and lifestyle of sharing Him with others.
• A willing learner. You are willing to walk with the group through the new concepts and teaching presented in BRIDGES. Don’t worry! Every Study Book comes with a helpful Leader’s Section and answers to common questions. Online resources include group registration, a discussion forum with other leaders nationwide, and helpful advice from Fouad Masri.

Leader Duties

• Committed for 6 consecutive sessions. BRIDGES will benefit students best if the sessions are completed weekly. Each session will last approximately 1 hour. Additionally, about 1 hour of preparation each week is recommended on the leader’s part.
• Order the Leader Kit and start spreading the word. Invite your friends and community group to join you in the BRIDGES Small Group Study. An ideal group size is 8-12 people, but BRIDGES can accommodate groups of any size. Order the Leader Kit.
